Receiving Damaged Goods:
EGOH takes pride in creating Quality Skincare for our customers. However, if products are received DAMAGED (i.e. contents wasted or obviously tampered with) we will issue a refund EXCLUDING cost of shipping!
Package Delayed, Missent, Stolen, Delayed, or Wrong Address on behalf of customer:
NO REFUND will be issued in the event of missent, stolen, Delayed, or incorrect addresses. DON'T WORRY! All packages are insured! A claim will be filed through USPS. We understand this process is stressful and apologize in advance if this happens. However, we will do our best to get your order as fast as possible.
