Shipping Policy

- Processing takes 7-14 BUSINESS days

- Shipping will take UP TO 7 BUSINESS days

- Please verify the shipping address BEFORE placing your order. In the unfortunate circumstance that the shipping address is incorrect, we will allow 24 hours AFTER order placement to correct mistakes. Email us and we will solve the issue.

- In the unfortunate circumstance that your package is DELAYED while in possession by USPS, please be patient. EGOH Skincare has ZERO control over the timing of packages once it leaves our hands. 

- KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. After shipment, all orders are updated with tracking numbers. They are VERY important in case of discrepancies (ie MISSENT, LOST,or STOLEN).
